Inspiration 

Inspired by Traditional coffee ceremony is an important part of Ethiopian| Eritrean culture.

There is so much depth and richness behind this ceremony that not only captivates the magnificence of the culture but also portrays a feeling of belonging.

We chose to have the two ladies sit close to each other, draped in traditional han-woven dress known as “habesha kemis”and surrounded with a coffee platter and what we call a Mesob. There is a feeling of secrecy, much like their having a very serious conversation about a certain topic.
